THE BLOOD IS FOR THE DEVIL
Satan’s most strategic activity in this age is as the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10) and it is as this that the Lord confronts him in his special ministry as High Priest through His Own Blood (Heb. 9:11-14).
1. The Blood Puts God On Man’s Side Against The Devil: “…If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifies. Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Romans 8:31-34 KJV
THE DEVIL HAS NO GROUND FOR ACCUSATION AGAINST THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE WORK OF CHRIST’S SHED BLOOD FOR THEM. (Please, read that line again).
2. The Blood Dissolves All Satan’s Legal Rights Of Ownership: “…in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins” (Col. 1:14). ‘Redemption’ means ‘to buy back.’ We are under new ownership and, and the price that was paid for us was the shed Blood of Jesus. “…the church of God, which He bought with His Own Blood” (Acts 20:28)
Now that you have understood the significance of the Blood of Christ-what it means to God, to Satan and to you; all who have put their faith in
the sacrificial death of Christ on the Cross can boldly and confidently confess, “I AM SAVED BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST!” But for the unbelievers? I am sorry, THEY ARE LOST WITHOUT THE BLOOD OF CHRIST!
